RAI HC Courseware - For Home Care International
The RAI HC courseware is focused on the RAI HC methodologies, including MDS coding, CAPs and Quality Indicators and Outcome Scales. The program provides clear learning objectives, comprehensive online instruction and competency evaluations that allow learners and educators to evaluate learning progress. The RAI HC courseware has been designed for use by a continuum of learners ranging from those who have never been exposed to the RAI to those that are very familiar with the RAI methodology.
Web-based training is presented from three perspectives; the self-paced Clinical, Educator, and Administrators modules.
Clinical Module
Provides learners the opportunity to learn the RAI assessment approach independently. A real life case study will help learn the assessment form and care planning protocols in a realistic way. The program is broken down into manageable units with navigation feedback that shows progress through the module.
Educator Module
Provides valuable resources to help RAI educators with the planning, presentation, and practice aspects of the RAI educational program.
"Educator Information" provides background on important topics and approaches to covering the materials, as well as hand-outs and speaker notes.
"Computer Based Presentation" provides a complete set of presentation materials that will help you deliver stimulating and consistent training to learners in the classroom.
Administrator Module
Presents the RAI 2.0 learning from the perspective of the administrator, focusing on using RAI data and outcomes to make better decisions to achieve better healthcare outcomes.
In addition to these modules which provide different perspectives on presenting the RAI HC subject matter, the RAI HC courseware includes the comprehensive set of competency evaluations and education analytics, helping you measure and make the most of your education resources.
