We recently surveyed 75 learners from Long Term Care homes in Ontario after piloting competency testing as a part of their education solution. The learners had previously only been using the web based training component of the RAI 2.0 courseware. The response from the learners was overwhelming. Here are some of the results of the anonymous front line staff surveyed.
Q: What did you like best about the competency evaluation?
