File Library – Provides members access to MDS related information on a variety of topics such as, the RAI 2.0 & HC, RFP/RFI preparation, Information technology, MDS Implementation issues and the Mastering RAI instructional system.
Member Contributions – Allows members to publish text documents, articles, stories and more. “Member contributions” also supports referencing external web pages for easy collection and organization of any Internet content.
Discussions – The discussion board provides an automated way to centralize and focus conversations and track decisions for future reference.
Note Board – A highly visible note board is made available for announcements and informal discussion. This is ideal for encouraging participation, posting general comments, or drawing attention to new content.
Chat – Allows any number of community members to have a group meeting in real-time. The chat room is accessible exclusively to the community members and does not require any software download or installation.
Lists – Provides an easy way to collect and share structured information.
Calendars – Provides an ideal location to store time-related information including meetings, reminders and project milestones. Calendars support recurring entries for regular events or meetings as well as full support of international time zones.
Automatic Email Updates – Every community member selects to receive a daily, weekly or monthly update from their communities. A single digest e-mail is produced and dispatched automatically thereby keeping the member informed while not overloading their inboxes.
