1. Trainers are equipped with MDS-RAI knowledge & skills required to execute the education plan successfully

8. Effective communication with other team members to obtain information relevant to completion of the MDS-RAI assessment, and to pass on the findings of the assessment
9. Positive attitude toward use of the instrument, and a sense of clinical ownership of the assessment process
