The online KnowledgeBase is your first and best method of getting the answers you need. AIS Customer Service representatives update the KnowledgeBase frequently to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information you need.
- Start by typing your questions into the search box and click the 'Find FAQ and Answer' button.
- The KnowledgeBase returns results based on the keywords you supply in your search. The search for solutions works best if the keywords or phrases are specific to the functional area within the product about which you wish to view information. For example, '3rd party', 'deployment', and 'installation' are all properly constructed keyword searches.
- After you click Search, you will be presented with solution titles and the first part of each solution's body. Click on the most relevant solution. Click Back on the browser if you feel the solution you chose was not correct for your situation. If the search is not bringing up relevant solutions, try different word combinations.
- Once you've found a solution that addresses the topic that you are looking for, read through and answer the question at the bottom of the page: "Does this solution help you answer your question?" Your answers to this question help us order the results of the KnowledgeBase search.
