If you can use Microsoft Outlook or surf the Internet then you have all the technical skills required to navigate through the Preceptor Competency Center. 

• Using only your mouse you can access and navigate tests.
• Learners can complete a test with the use of their mouse and keyboard.
• Learners can add tasks and appointments to their calendar as easily as they can in Microsoft Outlook.
